At The Sultanah, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all local (within Malaysia) delivery, with a minimum purchase of RM100.

Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. The Sultanah understands that getting your item quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When ordering from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days.

For all orders made before 10 am daily, we will ship the item on the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

International orders are shipped via express international courier – approximately 7-14 working days.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Returns Policy

Q1: What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us. All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Returns must be posted within 15 days of receiving your order.

In the event of a refund, full refund will be given within 7 working days thru the agents that you deal with.

Q2: What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at with your ORDER ID number. You may call us at +601170125253. We will advise accordingly.

Q3: How does the full refund works?
Example: You would like to return a shirt worth RM100, you will receive a full refund with the same value.  Do email us at for the refund arrangement.
